A leader in Vermont's real estate industry, Leslee MacKenzie has brought her vision and analytic skills to one of the state's most storied companies. Under her leadership as President/Owner, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty has flourished, ranking as northwest Vermont's top real estate firm. Leslee maintains a dedication to providing her agents with the tools they need to offer outstanding service to Vermont buyers and sellers, while mapping out strategies for Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty's continued growth.

Leslee is very active in the community and in the real estate industry. In 2007 she was named Realtor of the Year by the Northwestern Board of Realtors and in 2010 served as president of the Vermont Association of Realtors. She currently serves as Vermont Director to the National Association of Realtors. She serves on the boards of the Chittenden County & Grand Isle County Visiting Nurse Association and the Burlington Business Association. Leslee lives in Burlington with her two children.

Annemarie Daniels

Vice President of Real Estate Sales/Principal Broker

Annemarie brings more than two decades of leadership experience to her role as Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty's vice president of real estate services and principal broker. As part of the agency's management team, Annemarie has been instrumental to the agency's success, ensuring its rank as Northwestern Vermont's top real estate firm while providing agents with the tools they need to provide premier service.

In 2004, Annemarie joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty, attracted by the visionary leadership of President Leslee MacKenzie. As vice president of real estate services and principal broker, Annemarie helps the agency realize long-term goals and analyze sales data, while also assisting the firm's Realtors with their business plans and overseeing recruiting. Under Annemarie's direction, the agency has also created and implemented educational and training programs for its Realtors.

Annemarie served as board president for the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors in 2009. In 2010, the Northwest Vermont Board of Realtors honored her as Realtor of the Year. She lives in South Burlington with her son.

Sybil Chicoine

Vice President of Marketing

With nearly two decades experience, Sybil Chicoine directs the marketing and communication efforts for Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. Under her leadership, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty has successfully developed a comprehensive marketing program blending traditional and new media strategies. Sybil also serves as Co-Chair of the Hickok & Boardman Companies United Way Campaign; on the Champlain College intern advisory committee; and the Burlington Business Association marketing committee. In 2007-2008 she pursued a dream to teach marketing as an Adjunct Professor for Champlain College. Sybil was formerly the Deputy Commissioner of Tourism for the State of Vermont, and for nearly ten years worked as Director of Marketing for University Mall, Vermont's largest enclosed shopping center.

Kaitlyn Dorey

Rental & Relocation Specialist

Kaitlyn has worn several hats with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. Beginning her career with the company in 2002 as a marketing assistant, Kaitlyn quickly appreciated the work environment and sought to broaden her experience as marketing intern while attending Champlain College. Likewise, the company recognized her creativity and enthusiasm putting her in charge of a fund-raiser for Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity, which ultimately led to an appearance on Barbara Walter's ‘The View' and a national award by Coldwell Banker Corporation. Upon graduating, Kaitlyn was hired full time as our Rental and Relocation Specialist. She has continued to expand the program which offers area tours to individuals considering moving to Vermont; rental housing searches for tenants; and a full range of marketing services to landlords. Kaitlyn's marketing background and her extensive knowledge of the Greater Burlington area makes her a great asset to landlords and individuals looking to rent.

Chris Larose

Chris manages our internal network solutions as well as our company website, making him a key part of your real estate transaction. Chris' innovative thinking and programming experience have maximized our operational efficiencies and assisted our Agents in becoming the most highly productive in the marketplace. Chris is truly exceptional in his field. Chris serves on the Hickok & Boardman Companies United Way Campaign and is an active member on several advisory committees for the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors. Chris is a graduate of Champlain College and resides in South Burlington.
